i figured it out!

I knew I didn't imagine it - the double-ended skull bracelet I thought Lady Grey makes is actually by Harakiri. This would have been easier for me to confirm had I been able to get Lady Grey's website to display photographs. Anyway, if you so desire you can pick it up at Reborn.
