So much awesome jewelry, so little goddamn time. Lauren Wolf makes some severely cool jewelry based largely off of marine life.
I want my arm to look like this.
At left a skeleton shell necklace and at right a "stingray goddess necklace." It's hard to see in this picture but the stingray name comes from the texture on the metal, which looks (obviously) like stingray leather/skin.
Amazona bone earrings (it also comes in a necklace). My halfhearted attempts at Googling to find out what an amazona is have not yielded much, but I'm assuming its some kind of marine creature. On the right are gold spike needle earrings and necklace.
Anaconda bone earrings with diamonds. Perfect to go with my almost fetishistic obsession with bone jewelry.
Dusty agate earrings with stingray claw setting. Gemstones/crystals/rocks generally aren't my thing, but I like the look of these because they're so unlike the almost sterile quality of polished diamonds.
On the left, a fossilized sanddollar in stingray claw setting and on the right a stingray sharktooth pendant.
Shell earrings and "green gold" claw earrings. Apparently green gold is made by leaving the copper out of the gold alloy mixture. I can't see any difference in the pictures between green and yellow gold, but whatever, I'll just go with it.
Sea urchin and starfish radial bangles. The sea urchin bangles have my name on them. Seriously family, birthday coming up!
Stingray bangles and shell cuff bracelet. I'm not sure what shell she used for this (and the shell earrings, but I like the texture a lot.
