caged

I know cage skirts have been around for ages, and that Susie, Tavi and Queen Michelle have had their hand with them, but yesterday I was perusing the Refinery 29 pages I've missed because of my vacation and I finally found a name for a file that has been floating around in my inspiration folder for ages.
